Security

Your data, under control.

Bringing everything into one place only works if it's safe. Here's how we make sure it is.

[ 01 / 02 ]·Controls

Six controls, on every system.

The same rules apply whichever system the information came from.

Who sees what

Access, per person and per role

  • The right people see the right things. Access is set per person and per role. Someone who can't see salaries in your payroll system can't see them by asking the AI either.
  • Every answer shows its source. Answers point back to the record or document they came from, so you can check any number before you act on it.

What happens

A person stays in charge

  • A person approves every action. The system drafts, a person decides. Nothing is sent, changed or deleted without someone saying yes.
  • Everything is logged. Who asked what, what changed, and who approved it, recorded so you can review it at any time.

Where it lives

Law and privacy, from day one

  • Built to GDPR standards. GDPR is one of the strictest data protection laws in the world, so we design to it from the first day, not as an afterthought.
  • Never used to train public AI. Your business's information is used to answer your questions, and nothing else. It is never used to train public AI models.

Built to GDPR

One of the strictest privacy standards, designed in from day one.

Only the right people

Each person sees only what they're allowed to see.

Yours alone

Used to answer your questions, never to train public AI.

Questions about your data.

General

No. Your existing systems stay exactly as they are. We add to them, we don't replace them.

It answers from your business's own information and shows where each answer came from, so a wrong or missing figure is easy to spot and check.

Only the people building and running your system, and only as far as the work needs. Access is logged like everyone else's.
