The problem
Case volumes were climbing, and every case needed a detailed credit report interpretation before legal proceedings could start. Hundreds of hours a week went into reading credit data, spotting issues and writing summaries by hand. Skilled legal staff were trapped in manual work.
The bottleneck slowed case turnaround and kept legal professionals off strategic work, and the only way to scale was hiring more costly specialists. The question the firm put to us: how do we interpret complex credit reports at scale without hiring more specialists or slowing down case handling?
The system
Flairr built a custom automation that processes raw credit bureau data into structured, legally relevant insight. It identifies accounts, disputes, inconsistencies and potential legal actions, then generates a clear summary and recommendations.
It slots into the firm's existing workflow without operational changes. Nobody works differently; the reading just stopped landing on their desks.
Guardrails
Every interpretation traces back to the source data, and the summary and recommendations are a starting point for product recommendations, not a replacement for it.
