The leads you already paid for.
A real estate agent had thousands of old leads sitting in a database, years of ad spend and warm outreach gone cold. This agent texted every one of them, restarted the conversation and booked callbacks, without a dollar of new ad budget.
The problem
The agent had spent years building a database, leads from advertising, referrals and his own outreach. Most of them never converted, and most never heard from him again. Every new enquiry meant more ad spend, while a list of people who'd once raised their hand sat untouched.
The question wasn't how to buy more leads. It was how to make the most of the ones already paid for, without adding cost or hiring someone to work the phones.
The system
Flairr built an AI agent that reaches into the existing database and starts a conversation by text. It reintroduces the service, gauges whether the person is still interested, answers the obvious questions and books a callback for the ones worth a call, all in natural back-and-forth, at a pace no person could match across thousands of contacts.
Because it runs over text on leads the client already owns, the campaign costs nothing in media. The only new thing is the conversation.
The honest part
Leads up to four years old convert at a lower rate than fresh ones, that's just true, and we said so upfront. The point isn't to pretend old leads are new. It's that a 43% response rate from a list that was earning nothing is found money.

- AI Agent · Outreach automation
From dead list to booked calls.
Gather
The agent pulls the old leads out of the database, however they were stored, and queues them for outreach.
Reach out
Each lead gets a natural opening text that reintroduces the service and invites a reply, never a generic blast.
Qualify
The agent reads the response, answers questions and works out who's actually still in the market.
Book
Interested leads are handed over as booked callbacks, so the agent only spends time on people ready to talk.
What the client got back.
Of cold, aged leads replied, a list that had been earning nothing suddenly back in conversation.
Added to the ad budget. The campaign ran entirely on leads the client had already paid to acquire.
From kickoff to a live campaign booking callbacks, with no new headcount on the phones.
